General Meeting held at Nenito & Evan Yuag's residence in San Jose

Presided by: Leo Mamicpic, President

Attendees: Daday, Zenaida, Belen, Leo, Virgie, Vincent, Pickle, Nicole, Samantha, and our hosts Nenito and Evan, and short telephone consultation with Bingbing who was in L.A.

Discussion centerd on the Camping needs (Memorial Day week-end) at Pismo Beach.

Camping Dues for attendees - for alll 3 days
    $20.00     for adults
    $10.00    for kids above 10 years old

The following is a list of items we need for our camping. Some of you have already 'owned up' to some items and your names are thereby listed. To share the 'load', it is suggested that groups take care of certain items that have not been pre-assigned. Please let us know which item(s) you'd like to take care of. Whatever your buy for LI general use/consumption, please keep your receipt.

Things to bring
STOVE (with full tank of propane)
-Dan and Marlisa
-Virgie and Vincent
-Daday (small just to cook coffee)
-San Jose group (Yuag/Generoso)

GAZEBO and/or CANOPY
-Daday
-LA group
-If you own one, please bring it

Bring your own lawn chairs - pagdala mo ug banig. If you have camping tables, we'd appreciate it if you could bring them.

POTS and PANS
Suggestion: Each family should bring one big enough to cook for a big group. Evan and Daday will bring one each.

Things to Buy
meat - pork, beef, chickend and fish (if we can) (Atan & Wennilyn to bring some meat)
vegetables
hotdogs / hamburgers
we will buy the buns and bread in the area

chips and salsa (Atan and Wennilyn to bring some chips)
marchmalloe and graham crackers
sticks for cooking marshmallows

CONDIMENTS
catsup / relish for the hotdogs and burgers
cooking oil / soy sauce / fish sauce / vinegar
SILI
pepper / salt / sweet chili sauce

rice (maybe 50 pounds) (Zenaida and Leo)
garlic / onions / ginger / tomato
coffee / filter for the coffee / creamer
chocolate milk

DRINKS: It is suggested that each family/camper/group bring their choice of drinks. It's really difficult for one person to bring all the drinks. Some of us will bring igloo-type containers and we will purchase ice in the area.

CANNED GOODS (Zenaida and Leo)
        corned beef / sausage (vienna)

OTHER BREAKFAST FOOD
        eggs / tinapa / bulad

PAPER/FOAM/FOIL PRODUCTS (Sacramento group)
Note: To help our environment and to reduce waste, it is highly recommended that you bring your own utensils (plates, bowls for soup/cereal/lugaw, cups, glasses, spoons, forks, knives). The campground has nice facilities where we can wash them after every use. Cleaning supplies will be provided.
